Job Title: HR Recruiter (US Accounting Specialist)

Role Objective

As an HR Recruiter at Karma Global Solutions, you will be the driving force behind our talent acquisition strategy. You will bridge the gap between our growing need for accounting experts and the top talent in the market. Your focus will be on sourcing, screening, and onboarding professionals who specialize in US Bookkeeping, Taxation, and Financial Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring lifecycle from identifying manpower needs to conducting final negotiations and onboarding.
  • Targeted Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using platforms like Apna, WorkIndia, and LinkedIn.
  • Technical Screening: Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates on their knowledge of QuickBooks (QBO), Xero, and US GAAP standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the US Accounting Team Leads to understand specific technical requirements for roles like Senior Tax Associate or Bookkeeper.
  • Partnership Management: Coordinate with external training partners (e.g., CA firms and institutes) to manage student referral batches and incentive programs.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate walk-in drives, video assessments, and technical rounds.
  • Branding & Experience: Act as the face of Karma Global Solutions, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience from the first "thank you for applying" to the final offer.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: MBA in HR or a related degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 1–4 years of experience in recruitment (experience in a KPO, BPO, or Accounting firm is a major plus).
  • Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact with international-standard candidates.
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portal filters to find "passive" candidates.
  • Negotiation: Strong ability to handle salary discussions and align candidate expectations with company budgets.
