With a team of 150+ professionals and strong year-on-year growth, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to drive employee engagement, performance, retention, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Management & Employee Engagement
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews, and employee feedback programs.
- Analyze attrition trends and implement retention strategies.
- Develop recognition and reward programs to enhance employee satisfaction.
Performance Management
- Manage end-to-end performance review cycles and goal-setting processes.
- Partner with managers to improve employee productivity and performance.
- Guide managers on performance improvement plans (PIPs), feedback, and coaching.
- Support compensation reviews and internal benchmarking exercises.
Talent Acquisition Partnership
- Collaborate with hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring needs.
- Enhance recruitment quality through structured interviews and assessments.
- Strengthen employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage HR documentation, policies, employee records, and HRMS data.
- Oversee payroll inputs, leave management, and employee grievance handling.
- Maintain audit-ready HR processes and documentation.
Business Partnering & Leadership Support
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and department heads.
- Coach managers on people management, team effectiveness, and employee development.
- Support organizational changes, restructuring, and growth initiatives.
- Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 6–10 years of progressive HR experience.
- Minimum 3 years in an HRBP, HR Generalist Lead, or similar role.
- Experience in KPO, BPO, IT/ITES, Professional Services, or US-shift environments preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR operations, and employee relations.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in HR metrics and reporting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in HRMS, MS Excel, and HR analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Experience managing HR functions in organizations with 100–300 employees.
- Exposure to HR automation, HRMS implementation, and process improvement initiatives.
