Role Overview
We are looking for a Python Automation Engineer with at least 1 year of experience to develop and maintain automation solutions that streamline business processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Python scripting, APIs, automation tools, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Python automation scripts.
- Automate repetitive business processes and workflows.
- Build API integrations with third-party applications.
- Perform web scraping and data extraction using Python.
- Debug, test, and optimize automation scripts.
- Work with databases to retrieve and process data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand automation requirements.
- Maintain documentation and ensure code quality.
Requirements
- Experience: 1+ year in Python development or automation.
- Strong knowledge of Python programming.
- Experience with libraries such as Pandas, Requests, BeautifulSoup, Selenium, or Playwright.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs.
- Knowledge of SQL databases.
- Familiarity with Git/version control.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to AI tools or APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with workflow automation tools is an advantage.
